If it's still missing, ask the assistant above — give it your order email and order ID and it can re-send the report or reach a person.
Yes — automated report emails sometimes land in spam or the Promotions tab. Search your whole mailbox for "VANTARE" or reports@vantare.io, and check spam/junk and promotions. Adding reports@vantare.io to your contacts helps future emails arrive.
Yes — the assistant can re-email the report that was already generated for your order, at no charge, to the email on that order (for your security it can't send to a different address). Give it your order email and order ID.
For your security a report can only be sent to the email on the order. Tell the assistant the email you actually ordered with and your order ID, and it will flag this for a person to re-send to the correct address.
Beachhead and Beachhead + Lighthouse are delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase. The Deeper Dive follows in 24–48 hours, because you complete a short custom questionnaire first. No call is required at any point.

VANTARE delivers a research report, not a website build. We recommend; you execute. The report gives you the strategy plus, on the Lighthouse tiers, ready-to-paste draft page copy — but we never touch or build your live site. If your report is missing a section it should have or arrived corrupted, that's a delivery failure and a person will make it right or refund you.
Polar is our merchant of record and emails a receipt automatically right after purchase — check your inbox and spam for an email from Polar. Polar can also provide a formal invoice. If you can't find it, the assistant can route a request to have it re-sent.
A duplicate charge needs a person — money movement is handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Give the assistant your order email and a short note of what you see, and it'll stage it for the team to review and refund the duplicate if confirmed.
Checkout runs through Polar. A declined card usually means a bank block, a typo, or a temporary hold — try again, try another card, or check with your bank. Nothing is charged unless checkout completes.
Prices are in US dollars ($149, $349, $499). Polar handles the transaction and your card issuer applies any conversion at their rate. The exact amount and currency appear on the Polar checkout and on your receipt.
The report is an instantly-generated digital product, so all sales are final, with two exceptions where you get a full refund: (1) your business is in a regulated or licensed field we can't serve, and (2) we failed to deliver. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) means making your website easy for AI search engines — ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity and similar — to read, understand, and cite when someone asks them about your field. The Lighthouse half of the report shows where you currently appear and rewrites your key pages in an answer-first structure those engines can lift. It's a mechanism for machine-legibility, not a guarantee of traffic or rankings.
For the Beachhead report, no — it's strategy plus rewritten copy you can paste into your own site. The Lighthouse pages are draft copy plus optional schema snippets; pasting copy and a snippet is a normal content edit most site owners or their web person can do.

No. It runs structured research on your real site and the public web, checks every substantive claim against a source it actually retrieved, and is built to downgrade rather than fabricate — if it can't verify something it says so. The report tags facts to sources and lists the URLs it used.

When you buy the Deeper Dive, we email you a link to a short custom questionnaire built from your business. Answer what you can (you can leave any blank) and submit; your enriched, voice-matched report follows within 24–48 hours. If you haven't received the questionnaire email, check spam, then ask the assistant with your order email and ID to re-send it.
The link is valid for 30 days. If it shows "invalid or expired", it may have been truncated by your email client — open the full link from the original email rather than a forwarded copy. If it still fails, the assistant can have a fresh link sent.
It's a standard PDF. Try a different reader or your browser, download the attachment fully before opening it, or open it on another device. If the file is genuinely corrupted, that's a delivery issue — the assistant can re-send a fresh copy, which usually fixes it.
Try refreshing or a different browser first — most checkout issues are a stale page or an ad-blocker interfering with the Polar checkout. If something's genuinely broken, tell the assistant which page and what you clicked and it'll flag it for a person.
